On the first trailer: A portable ‘hut’ which contains a number of toilet stalls, plus a water tank and four 2 tonne blocks to anchor it in case of cyclones.
On the second trailer: a base containing a waste tank, and a couple of sets of stairs.

A cyclone is closer to a hurricane, but your comparison works. People get killed when buildings are blown away, so all buildings in the Australian tropics must be cyclone rated.
