      The trailer tyre that blew was the front one, under the middle of the crane in the photo above. It made a lot of noise but wasn’t enough to move the trailer around. The Muchea (an outer, outer suburb) truck stop and road train assembly was just ahead so I pulled in there.

      In the end, I did ask a stranger for help and he did. Long distance trucking would be harder than it already is without the random kindness of strange truck drivers.
